Carmelo, our Movement Master, knows a thing or two about the health and fitness industry. He brings nearly 20 years of experience and has a training background in a number of competitive sports from football to Ju-Jitsu. He’s an avid learner of exercise science and nutrition. Carmelo is a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Performance Coach and a FMT Certified Performance professional.
