In September 2016, I booked my first session with Ray. My shoulders were rounded, I had a history of spinal injury, and I hadn't even been inside a gym since high school. I was nervous and unsure.
Ray was very attentive and listened to my story, assessed my fitness level and formulated a plan to correct my posture and work to strengthen my weak points and provide me with a foundation on which to build. Every movement and exercise served a purpose, and they were actually fun and engaging.
Ray is an exceptionally creative trainer, who works with you to build a solution for your fitness needs. The lessons I learned while training with him are invaluable and I would not have been successful without his guidance.
